The JV719 is a flexible bollard for traffic delineation – guiding vehicles along the correct path rather than stopping them in a collision. Unlike steel or polymer impact bollards, the JV719 is designed to bend on contact and spring back to its upright position.
It is ideal for marking lane boundaries, guiding traffic through entry and exit points, and delineating pedestrian areas in low-speed environments. It does not provide the impact resistance needed to protect assets from a vehicle strike.
For asset protection in higher-risk zones, use a steel surface-mount (EV330, EV332, EV334) or in-ground (EV337, EV339) bollard.
For flex-and-return protection in low-speed contact zones, see the polymer impact bollards (LV815, LV816, LV817).

Bollards protect people, equipment, and infrastructure from vehicle impact. Anywhere forklifts, trucks, or cars operate near pedestrians, doorways, racking, machinery, or building services, a bollard creates a physical barrier that stops a vehicle before it reaches what’s behind it.
Steel bollards are the workhorse of asset protection. Surface-mount versions bolt straight to a concrete slab and suit most indoor and sheltered applications. In-ground bollards are concreted in for maximum impact resistance where a vehicle strike is likely to be heavy. Removable and lockable bollards control access through driveways and entry points, letting authorised vehicles through while keeping others out. Polymer impact bollards flex on impact and return to shape, protecting both the vehicle and the bollard in low-speed contact zones. Downpipe protectors shield building stormwater pipes that would otherwise be crushed by a passing forklift.
Common applications include warehouse and factory floors, loading docks, carparks and entry driveways, pedestrian walkways and building entrances, fire equipment and switchboard protection, retail storefronts, and around fuel points, gas meters, and other vulnerable building services.
Bollards work best as part of a wider asset protection setup. Match the bollard type to the risk: in-ground or steel surface-mount for heavy impact zones, removable for access control, polymer for low-speed flex-and-return protection. For continuous runs of protection rather than single points, pair bollards with HD barriers. For structural columns and building services, combine with column protectors and downpipe protectors.
