The Project

Nisbets moved into a new Factory. There was a small amount of HD Barrier on site at their arrival. There were a lot of unprotected areas that needed barriers.

Verge proposed extra barriers, boom gates for the dock areas and column protectors where forklifts were near unprotected columns

The problem

The busy dock areas was all open

Yellow safety barrier in a warehouse environment.

The solution

By providing designated walkways protected by physical barriers and controlled at intersections by gates, the risk of collisions is greatly reduced. Everyone knows the path to take and the forklift drivers know exactly where pedestrians will be crossing, removing all surprises. Everyone is now kept safe.

Nisbets are very proactive regarding safety. This is the second facility protected with Verge solutions
