The CV103 Verge-ECO Add-on Bay Kit extends your ECO-Rail handrail run by 3m per bay. Each add-on bay includes 2 additional floor-fixed posts, sharing one post with the previous bay to form a continuous, stable barrier at your desired length.
Start your run with a Starter Bay (CV102), add as many CV103 Add-on Bays as required to reach your desired length, then close the run with an End Bay (CV104). Each add-on bay comes flat-packed with all fixings included for fast, no-weld installation on site.
ECO-Rail is compliant with Australian Standard AS1657-2018 and is designed and built in Australia by Verge Safety Barriers. The modular system can be extended, relocated or reconfigured to suit changing workplace layouts.

ECO-Rail kits let you build a compliant 1m high handrail run to any length and configuration. Start with a Starter Bay (CV102), extend the run with as many Add-on Bays (CV103) as required, then close the run with an End Bay (CV104). For a standalone bay of 3m or less, use the Stand-alone Bay (CV101). All kits are floor-fixed, flat-packed and come complete with all fixings. No cutting or welding required on site.
ECO-Rail kits and components are interchangeable across the range. Stanchions, rails, joiners and fittings all suit the same system. For a complete bay ready to install, choose a kit (CV101-CV105). For individual replacement parts, extensions or custom layouts, combine components as needed.
