ECO-Rail components let you build, extend, or repair a Verge ECO-Rail handrail run to any length and configuration. Stanchions are the upright posts that carry the rails; starter stanchions fix to a wall or fixed structure at the beginning of a run, mid stanchions support each 3-metre section along the run, and the SA1 stanchion assembly suits lighter-duty or replacement applications. Rails connect between stanchions; the 32NB top rail runs the full 3-metre span and the 25NB mid rail clips across at mid height between stanchion connectors.
Joiners and elbows let you run rails in a straight line or turn a corner: straight joiners connect two rail sections end-to-end, 90-degree elbows turn a right angle, and 45-degree elbows create a diagonal. Corner posts handle directional changes at the stanchion level. End caps finish open tube ends cleanly and safely.
ECO-Rail components are interchangeable across the range. Stanchions, rails, joiners, and fittings all suit the same system. For a complete bay ready to install, choose a kit (CV101-CV105). For individual replacement parts, extensions, or custom layouts, combine components as needed.
