The CV105 Verge-ECO Rail End Kit is a half-length 1.5m handrail kit designed for shorter sections and gap-filling at the end of a bay run. Where the remaining distance in a run is less than 3m, the CV105 covers the final section without over-running, completing the barrier cleanly and accurately.
The CV105 is fully compatible with all other ECO-Rail kit products and uses the same stanchion and rail components as the full 3m kits. It installs without cutting or welding, comes flat-packed with all fixings included, and sits at the same 1000mm height as the rest of the system.
The Verge ECO-Rail system is compliant with Australian Standard AS1657-2018 and is designed and built in Australia by Verge Safety Barriers. The modular design means the system can be extended, relocated or reconfigured as your workplace changes.

ECO-Rail kits let you build a compliant 1m high handrail run to any length and configuration. Start with a Starter Bay (CV102), extend the run with as many Add-on Bays (CV103) as required, then close the run with an End Bay (CV104). For a standalone bay of 3m or less, use the Stand-alone Bay (CV101). All kits are floor-fixed, flat-packed and come complete with all fixings. No cutting or welding required on site.
ECO-Rail kits and components are interchangeable across the range. Stanchions, rails, joiners and fittings all suit the same system. For a complete bay ready to install, choose a kit (CV101-CV105). For individual replacement parts, extensions or custom layouts, combine components as needed.
