The DV201 is a manual rollover gate for mezzanine floors, dock areas, and elevated platforms handling standard-size pallets. The gate keeps a guarded panel across the opening at all times: when closed it faces the floor below, when rolled over to accept a pallet it swings up to face the floor above. One side is always protected.
The unique rollover design means there are no exposed edges at any point in the operation. The forklift pushes the gate over from one side, it completes the rotation to the other, and the pallet passes through without the operator ever working past an unguarded edge. Easy to install and very sturdy, with a perfectly smooth rolling action.
Suits pallets up to 1400mm wide x 1250mm deep x 1800mm high. For a taller pallet load up to 2400mm high, choose the DV202. For an electric motorised version of this size, choose the DV211.

The Verge AutoGate suits mezzanine floors and dock areas with high-frequency pallet movements where manual gate operation creates inefficiency or injury risk. It is ideal for warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and freight logistics operations.
