DV214 – Electric Rollover Gate

$6,402.00 + GST

Electric motorised rollover gate, 2400mm wide x 2650mm high. Wide gate for large pallet loads up to 1950W x 1250D x 2400H. The DV214 combines the 2400mm wide opening of the DV213 with the taller 2650mm height of the DV212, for larger pallet loads that are both wide and tall. It suits pallets up to 1950mm wide x 1250mm deep x 2400mm high. Motorised electric drive for high-frequency, hands-free operation. Same rollover principle: guarded edge at all times, smooth motorised rotation through the cycle, no exposed edges. The largest common combination before moving to the double-wide 3475mm gates. For a narrower gate at this height, choose the DV212. For a wider 3475mm gate, choose the DV215 (same height) or DV216 (taller).

Product Applications

Rollover Gates allow pallets to be moved to and from mezzanine floors, dock areas, and elevated platforms safely. Without a gate, the open edge of a mezzanine is an unguarded fall hazard whenever a pallet is being loaded or unloaded. The Rollover Gate eliminates that exposure by keeping a guarded panel across the opening at all times: when the gate is closed, the barrier faces the floor below; when it rolls over to accept a pallet, the barrier swings up to face the floor level above. One side is always protected.

The unique rollover design means there are no exposed edges at any point in the operation. Unlike a lifting gate or swing gate, the panel doesn’t open into mid-air. The forklift or pallet jack pushes the gate over from one side and it completes the rotation to the other, leaving a clear path for the pallet to pass through without the operator ever needing to reach past an unguarded edge.

Manual rollover gates are operated by hand for lower-frequency pallet movements. Electric rollover gates are motorised for higher-throughput operations, removing the need for manual effort and reducing the risk of incorrect operation. Both types are available in the same range of overall and pallet sizes.

Typical applications include mezzanine floor loading points, dock leveller and elevated platform edges, raised storage areas in warehouses and distribution centres, and any elevated opening where pallets are regularly transferred between levels.

Select the gate size to match your pallet dimensions, with clearance on all sides. The overall gate size is larger than the pallet size to allow the pallet to pass through with room to manoeuvre. If the pallet moves frequently or throughput is high, the electric versions (DV211-DV216) remove the need for manual operation and reduce handling risk. Each manual gate has a corresponding electric model at the same overall and pallet size.
