The DV205 Verge Rollover Gate is a manually operated mezzanine pallet gate, 3475mm wide and 2300mm high. It is designed for double-width pallet configurations accommodating loads up to 3025mm wide and 1800mm high. To operate, simply roll the gate back to expose the load area to the forklift operator. Place the pallet on the load area, then roll the gate into the closed position. The mezzanine edge is guarded at all times throughout this process – there are no exposed edges and no pinch points.
The gate is beautifully balanced and rises and lowers smoothly despite its substantial construction.
The DV205 contains twice the steel of comparable rollover gates, making it more durable against the demanding conditions of active warehouse and mezzanine environments.

The Verge AutoGate suits mezzanine floors and dock areas with high-frequency pallet movements where manual gate operation creates inefficiency or injury risk. It is ideal for warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and freight logistics operations. The gate opens fully to expose the load area to the forklift, then closes around the pallet once placed, keeping the mezzanine edge protected at all times.
